Will my price go up after the first year?
No, it will not. The price you see is the price you will pay, today and every year after. We do not run "intro pricing" promotions that double at renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, absolutely. You may change your plan at any time from our Client Portal. Your changes will take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Can I have multiple plans in different data centers?
Yes, absolutely. For example, if you run a website for a law firm in San Francisco, you can host it in our San Jose data center so it will load fast for the people searching for that firm locally. A second website for a business that serves the East Coast could live in our Virginia data center instead. Each plan can live in the region closest to that website's own visitors.
Why does it matter where I host the website?
The closer our data center is to your visitors, the faster your pages will load for them. This delay between someone clicking and the website responding is called network latency. Imagine a person in London opening your website. If your website is hosted in California, they will wait noticeably longer than if it were hosted in Amsterdam. For a local business, choosing the data center closest to your customers will also help your website appear higher on Google when people in that area search.
Can I order multiple plans?
Yes, absolutely. After you have placed your first order and have logged in to our Client Portal, you may add as many additional plans as you need, whenever you are ready.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there is none. We charge zero setup fees and zero hidden charges. Your plan price is the only thing you will ever pay us.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, absolutely. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
